MTD Air Distribution System (1.1MB)
The air distribution system is the most important aspect of a whole house ventilation system. At MTD we have a number of systems available – flexible insulated, Rigid oval or circular for in floor use. The most popular is the MTD-DEC EcoAir range of insulated aluminium and non woven flexible. Currently, these are the ONLY flexible ducts which have had heat recovery units tested on them at the BRE for Appendix Q listing. All ducting is fully independently tested at numerous test houses throughout Europe and carries regional fire certificates as well as the Euroclass certification.

Decentralised Ventilation Unit
The new MTD-HAV 65 is a stand alone decentralised ventilation unit with an integrated heat accumulator. The unit simply operates by extracting the waste warm air from the room and passing it over the heat accumulator to warm up and then the fan changes direction bringing fresh air from outside into the room while passing over the heat accumulator. The air is also filtered on the way into the room. |

The Combi - This is a decentralised unit which can be used as a full stand alone heat recovery ventilation unit or can also be fitted with the MTD Novelano radiator providing full heating while ventilating.
